  • Annual Budget

    Preparation of a draft annual operating budget. Presentation of same to board no less than 60 days prior to fiscal year end.

  • Arrears

    Monthly statements of arrears to delinquent owners, subsequent registration and discharging of liens in conjunction with the corporation's solicitor in accordance with the condominium act.

  • Audits

    ICC acts as liason between corporation and corporation's auditor.

  • Banking

    ICC managed current accounts take advantage of a banking agreement between ICC and The TD Bank. Monthly service charges are kept at a minimim while all accounts earn interest at a rate of prime less 2%.

    ICC also provides its clients with the option of pre-authorized payments of maintenance fees.

  • Payroll

    Complete payroll administration including direct deposit for all staff. ICC also provides through Great West Life Insurance, a benefit package which may be tailored to each individuals' needs.

  • Utility Savings

    A natural gas purchase agreement between ICC and ECNG Inc. allows us to purchase natural gas in bulk directly from producers, marketers or local distrubutors on behalf of our clients. This enables our clients to receive a savings via a "gas rebate". ICC receives no commissions from the rebates received.

    In November 2000, electricity deregulation will allow ICC to make similar arrangements for its clients with hydro as it does with natural gas. We are currently researching this option for our clients.
