ICC uses a unique, fully computerized Maintenance Management System. This system is designed to distinguish between preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and contracted services; thus allowing the property manager to maintain an optimum level of maintenance, by minimizing breakdown and unit owner inconvenience.

ICC's system is capable of generating a multitude of reports on an ongoing basis. This will aid the property manager and the Board of Directors by addressing potential problems before they occur.
