Steven Christodoulou, R.C.M.
President & CEO
Steven founded ICC Property Management Ltd. in 1992 and has successfully fostered the growth of ICC, while adhering to a strict commitment to service and integrity.
As sole owner of ICC, Steven has a philosophy of maintaining a personal and hands-on approach to the physical and financial management of each property in ICC’s portfolio. In addition, his financial acumen and organizational skills strengthen ICC's commitment to providing the best and most cost-effective service.

Chris Antipas, R.C.M., A.C.C.I.
Vice President
Formerly a Senior Regional Manager of another property management firm, Chris joined ICC with many years of experience in the property management field. His extensive skills, knowledge, commitment to service and integrity were a natural fit for ICC’s executive team.
Chris effectively utilizes his vast skills to help oversee the physical management of the buildings in ICC’s portfolio. His experience, dedication and attention to detail ensure that the management and maintenance of all buildings meet the highest possible standards consistent with that of the ACMO 2000 program.

Savvas Christodoulou
Vice-President, Special Projects
Savvas has been an executive member of ICC since 1994, and past President. Having over 35 years experience in the condominium industry, Savvas is truly a legend in the Property Management field.
Savvas personally attends to the important
task of managing special projects including the initial set-up of all new
buildings joining ICC’s portfolio. He oversees the development and adherence
to proper maintenance procedures, housekeeping schedules and regular
building inspections. His attention to detail is second to none and has
proven to be a definite asset to our new and existing clients.

ICC manages a wide variety of condominiums ranging from small townhouse complexes to large, luxury high rise buildings.
ICC is fully insured as a property management company. ICC also carries errors and omissions insurance and a fidelity bond.
ICC is a corporate member in good standing of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).
ICC is very committed to the level of excellence set forth by the ACMO 2000 program.
ICC is pleased to announce that we are ACMO 2000 Certified.

Chris Antipas proudly serves as President of the Board of Directors of ACMO.
Steven and Chris also serve on the ACMO Certification and Standards Committee, Ethics Committee, Luncheons Committee, Professional Development Committee and Membership Committee.
