COMMUNITY ISSUES

ICC Property Management Ltd. not only manages condominiums for its Board of Directors, but for all owners alike. Keeping owners aware of happenings in the building along with their roles with respect to the Corporation's Documents is the key to effective management and, in turn, harmonious community living.

A welcome package should be issued to all new owners since many new owners are often unaware of the corporation's rules, regulations and policies.

Newsletters should be distributed at least on a quarterly basis in order to keep owners and residents informed of all happenings in the community.

Minutes of board meetings are often posted on bulletin boards so that owners may be informed of corporation business.

Keeping owners and residents informed enables the board of directors and management to enforce the corporation's declaration, by-laws, rules and regulations more effectively.

ICC will establish acceptable procedures to record, pursue and enforce all declaration, by-law and rule infractions, inform the board of directors and follow up accordingly.
